Miguel's leg drop victim may sue due to brain injury

Miguel might get sued from his infamous Leg Drop victim at the Billboard awards last month

Guess every one was expecting this to happen, but the victim seemed quite fine after the incident. So what could have caused her sudden change of heart.

According to TMZ the young lady "Khyati Shah" who was on the receiving end of Miguel's WWE Wrestling move at the Billboard Music Awards may have suffered brain injury from the incident.

Khyati Shah's lawyer told TMZ that She is still suffering as a result of the incident. "Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," he said.

Miguel was really concerned about Khyati after the incident as she was backstage with him with an ice pack on her arm. Though his intent was good the victim should have been taken directly to the hospital as her lawyer highlighted. The poor victim herself said she was fine after the incident, guess they were all wrong.

As if the up coming artist didnt have enough troubles now it is being reported by TMZ, that the Billboard producers advised Miguel not to attempt the jump prior to his performance.

According to TMZ:

Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance … but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous. But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order … and producers’ fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan … slamming her head against the stage.
